
Dr. Sue Whitcomb
Dr. Sue Whitcomb has traveled the world as an Army wife and mother. She has degrees from Athens State and The University of Southern Mississippi including a Masters and a Doctorate in Reading. She has taught kindergarten, first and third grade and taught teachers in training at William Carey University from which she retired. While observing prospective teachers she realized they needed more information on dyslexia and obtained another master’s degree in dyslexia therapy. She has chosen to spend her time teaching at Christian schools because of her strong belief in the bonds between character and curriculum. She has 2 children, and 2 grandchildren.
